Premium ice cream, pizza ingredients, and ice cream toppings flow straight from manufacturers packaging to sanitized machines, refrigeration, and service containers.
Employees wash hands with soap and hot water (according to health and state code regulations) and use a new pair of single use gloves for each service.
All of our trucks are cleaned thoroughly each day and deep cleaned every month. This includes removing equipment to make sure every nook and cranny is squeaky clean.
Customers must pre-order for routes or only use debit or credit cards to dip, tap, or swipe for on-site payments. Cash is accepted at public events.

Who's behind Scream Truck? Scream Truck was created by Eric Murphy, a long-time New Jersey resident and accomplished entrepreneur. Eric had two very successful companies, both in the experiential marketing and events space. Both of those companies were acquired by Condé Nast in 2017 and Eric left the company in early 2020.
What towns are serviced by Scream Truck? Scream Truck's reserved routes are now offered in select New Jersey towns located in Union, Essex, Somerset, Morris, Middlesex, and Bergen counties. Can I just text you anytime and you'll come to my house? While we'd love it if this could work, unfortunately it won't. Our business model works by creating efficient routes in specific neighborhoods. We do that by notifying registered customers within a specific neighborhood when we'll be visiting and then dynamically routing the truck to serve each customer that requests a stop. This allows us to serve the maximum number of customers in the shortest amount of time.
Do you do private events? Yes! We do private events in select NJ towns. Event options and pricing depend on the length of the event and number of guests. Our truck is state-of-the-art with two high definition, customizable LED monitors on the outside. See if we do private events in your town and easily book online here. Have more questions? Do you offer any non-dairy options?
Yes we do! Scream Truck has partnered with FoMU Plant Based Ice Cream in Boston, and The Hyppo Gourmet Ice Pops in St. Augustine, Florida. We carry premium, non-dairy/vegan ice creams and all natural fresh fruit pops. Dairy-free cheese will be offered on our pizza trucks very soon!
